About the event
Join us for a lively, inclusive, and energising contemporary dance class designed for adults aged 60+. This welcoming weekly group explores movement and creativity at your own pace, making it enjoyable and accessible for all fitness levels.
Through guided improvisation, contemporary technique, and gentle physical exploration, you’ll build confidence, support your wellbeing, and feel fantastic. You’ll also be part of a warm, supportive community — with optional opportunities to take part in performances if you wish.
