About the event
Wise Body Movement Retreat – for adults over 60
Join us for a restorative day of gentle, guided dance and movement, creative activities, nourishing food, and a warm, supportive environment where you can meet likeminded people and feel part of a nurturing community. Together, we’ll honour the wisdom of the body, encourage self-expression, and explore somatic practices that help you connect more deeply with your body & mind.
This retreat will be facilitated by dance and movement practitioners Tina Heeley and Lucy Knight – highly respected artists known for their depth of experience across the arts, health, and therapeutic sectors. Together, they bring an exceptional blend of dance, movement, somatic practice, and therapeutic skill to create a rich, restorative retreat experience.
