About the event

Wise Body Movement Retreat – for adults over 40


Join us for a restorative day of gentle dance and movement, creativity, and nourishing food in a warm and supportive environment. Together, we’ll explore the wisdom of the body, support self-expression, and deepen your connection to both body and mind through somatic practices.


This retreat will be facilitated by dance and movement practitioners Tina Heeley and Lucy Knight – highly respected artists known for their depth of experience across the arts, health, and therapeutic sectors. Together, they bring an exceptional blend of dance, movement, somatic practice, and therapeutic skill to create a rich, restorative retreat experience.
