Service Description

Become a part of the Momentum 60 Dance Company, designed for adults over 60. This community-focused contemporary dance class encourages accessible exploration and connectivity through dance and movement, creativity and performance making. Through guided improvisation, contemporary technique, and gentle physical exploration, you’ll build confidence, support your wellbeing, and feel fantastic. You’ll also be part of a warm, supportive community — with optional opportunities to take part in performances if you wish.
